In this recipe, we’ll be showing you how to make three different flavours of cannabis infused chicken wings. The ratio of sauce to chicken wings is up to personal preference, so feel free to experiment on how much chicken to prepare. 

Ingredients (Chicken)

  • 680 g chicken wings (per recipe of sauce) 
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Place the wings in a large bowl + coat those bad boys dry. Add baking powder + salt & pepper to the wings. Toss in bowl until coated.

The baking powder will help the chicken brown faster and give that crispy skin.

Add a layer of parchment paper or foil to your baking sheet (if foil, also add a non-stick cooking spray). Spread chicken on top evenly, and toss it in the oven for an hour or until your wings are golden and crispy. 

Ingredients (Sauces)

Herb & Garlic Wing Sauce

  • 680 g chicken wings (cooked from recipe above) 
  • 1 tbsp cannabutter
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp dried italian herbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Honey Hot Wing Sauce

  • 680 g chicken wings (cooked from recipe above) 
  • 2 tbsp cannabutter
  • 1/2 Cup Frank’s buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Lemon Pepper Wing Sauce

  • 680 g chicken wings (cooked from recipe above) 
  • 1 tbsp cannabutter
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • salt to taste

Sauce Instructions

Step 1

Place a medium to large saucepan on your stovetop set to medium heat. 

Step 2

Add your cannabutter to the saucepan and stir until melted. 

Step 3

Add  the remaining ingredients for the sauce you are making, and incorporate into the melted butter. 

Step 4

Toss the baked chicken wings into the pan, turning and tossing the wings with the sauce, making sure every inch of that wing is coated in sauce. 

Step 5

Plate with a garnish of your choice (optional), and serve.
